Getting to Game Time At The Grounds

Our facility is nestled in the 164-acre park, The Grounds, with access from Willie Ray Road off exit 21 from Interstate 57 / Arkansas Highway 67/167. Navigate to 300 Champions Drive, Cabot, AR 72023 and it will bring you to our front door.

Fees

We are a cashless facility. We only accept credit and debit cards for all facility fees.

• Day Pass • $5 • Day passes are available for persons 16 years or older. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Day passes allow access to the facility to play on pickleball, basketball, or volleyball courts, turf fields, or batting cages as facilities are available. We cannot guarantee the availability of a specific sport without an advanced reservation. Open play is first-come, first-served.

Rental Items

You must bring your own sports equipment to play during open play. You may rent a soccer ball, basketball, bag of volleyballs, or a stadium seat from the front desk. Pickleball league players and tournament rentals are provided with balls. All rentals are by credit or debit only. We are a cashless facility.

Seating

We provide metal bleachers or folding chairs. No outside freestanding chairs may be brought into the facility. We do allow you to bring stadium seats or bleacher pads or you may rent a stadium seat for $10 at the front desk.

Food & Beverage

Outside food and beverages are not permitted at Game Time At The Grounds. The facility features a cafe with a wide selection of food for purchase onsite during Cabot Parks & Recreation sports league games and tournament rentals. All purchases are by credit or debit only. Due to varying availability, we do not provide a menu online.

Exceptions: spillproof infant and toddler drinks and snacks are allowed. Competing athletes may also bring a spillproof water bottle.

Facility Policies

• No hanging on basketball rims or pulling on basketball nets.
• Do not adjust volleyball nets – see staff if there is an issue.
• No food or drinks allowed on turf. Water only.
• Keep shirts and shoes on at all times.
• No outside food and drinks.
• No open containers.
• No vaping, tobacco, or alcohol.
• No ball handling.
• No cleats.
• No sunflower seeds.
• Service animals only.
• Do not move bleachers.
• No outside chairs.
• Guests are asked not to bring valuables in the facility. Staff is not responsible for storing, safekeeping, or damage to a person’s property.
• Damages: The cost to repair damages to facility by guest and/or dependent children shall be paid by the Day Pass signee.
• All visitors shall conduct themselves in an appropriate manner. Those actively engaged in sporting activities (whether playing, coaching, officiating, or spectating) shall illustrate good sportsmanship at all times. Foul and inappropriate language are prohibited.
• All individuals visiting Game Time At The Grounds do so at their own risk. The property owners, operators, officers, and staff assume no liability for injuries of accidents which may occur.
• Game Time At The Grounds reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed disruptive, abusive and/or in violation of facility rules and procedures whether listed herein or not.
